Green Curry

All of the curry simple products are so good and fast to prepare with minimal cleanup. We like the green curry for the spice and use Thai eggplant with it along with whatever else is in the crisper. Bamboo shoots are an ingredient we use that I've not seen in many recipes. Also for all of the curries we usually start with some white onion.

Our only supply for green curry, wouldn't know what to do without Snazzygourmet! Love this stuff!
