Our Original Quinoa and Bulgur Wheat Pilaf started with the Garden Pilaf.  It is an amazing blend of Organic Quinoa and Organic Bulgur.  This high protein, high fiber foundation of ancient grains is the catalyst to our Whole Grain Pilafs.  You get "rice - like" texture and "rice - like" cooking properties, yet the nutritional benefits of Whole Grains.  Iron, Vitamin A and good complex carbs are just the beginning.  We don't add any salt, sugar or preservatives to our Pilafs.  Try this delicious side dish as a compliment to your grilled chicken, fish or vegetables.  Or better yet, use it as your main food for Meatless Mondays.  Try it in one of our amazing recipes (the Garden Salad with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and feta cheese is a HUGE favorite), it is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
