JOHNNY’S MARINADE The McIntosh family has been in the restaurant and gourmet food business for over 50 years. John and Audrey founded the famous ‘Reuben’s and Coco’s’ chain in 1948. In 1976, their son Johnny began his own restaurant company-including ‘Johnny’s’, a restaurant that became known nationally, not only for an award-winning wine program, but for delicious BARBECUE! Taking his love for food and wine to the Napa Valley, Johnny proudly brings you some of the McIntosh family recipes. Johnny’s CHARDONNAY & ROASTED GARLIC MARINADE is a subtle blend of California Chardonnay, grapeseed oil, lemon, sage and is then infused with flavorful spices.
