Description   Goes Best With beef, pork, veggies, fish How to Use It - Mongolian Chicken Skewers: 1 1/4 lb chicken cutlets 1 Tbsp oil 2 Tbsp soy sauce UA Mongolian Ginger BBQ Flatten chicken &cut into 3/4 inch strips. Put on skewers loosely. Combine oil & soy sauce in a bowl. Coat skewers with liquid mixture & sprinkle UA Mongolian Ginger BBQ seasoning. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until done, turning once or twice. You can also try this recipe with mixed vegetables!
