Give your holiday tradition a fresh new flavor with the spice of our Gourmet Gobbler Turkey Rub. With this blend of herbs and smoked peppercorn, you and your guests can celebrate the joys of good friends and good food.
How to Use It...
Rub whole turkey (12-18 lbs.) with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Generously sprinkle the Gourmet Gobbler Turkey Rub over the outer skin of the bird. Roast the turkey, uncovered, in a 325° oven until a meat thermometer registers 185°. (Cover turkey loosely with foil if it gets too brown.) Let turkey rest for 10-20 minutes after cooking before carving.
